Anti-Inflammatory Purple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 medium plum pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with chia seeds or berries, and enjoy!
