Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium pear chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets steamed or raw
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the consistency with more coconut milk or water if needed.
