Apple Cider Vinegar Nighttime Elixir

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1 cup of warm water

Instructions
 

  • In a mug, combine the apple cider vinegar and ground cinnamon.
  • Add the raw honey and pour in the warm water.
  • Stir well to dissolve the honey and distribute the cinnamon evenly.
