Arthritis Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water for added hydration

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the carrots and celery into smaller pieces.
  • Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks.
  • Squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender along with water.
  • Blend until smooth, then strain if desired for a clearer juice.
  • Drink immediately for maximum benefits.
