Cinnamon Blood Sugar Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen pear
  • ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tigernut flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more coconut milk or ice if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
