Cold & Flu Remedy

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 5 fresh lemons
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large mug or blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, grated ginger, raw honey, and cinnamon powder.
  • Add 2 cups of warm water (not boiling) and mix thoroughly. If using a blender, blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into your favorite mug.
  • Sip 1 cup of this remedy 3 times a day for optimal results.
