Pineapple and Cucumber Juice for Colon Cleansing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water for extra hydration
  • Juice of half a lemon optional, for extra detox benefits
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds optional, for added fiber
  • A few fresh mint leaves optional, for flavor and digestion

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the cucumber, then chop it into small pieces.
  • Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the core if desired.
  • Add the pineapple and cucumber into a blender.
  • Pour in the water or coconut water.
  • Squeeze half a lemon for an extra detoxifying effect.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for added fiber (optional).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Pour into a glass, add fresh mint leaves for a refreshing taste, and enjoy!
