The Immune-Boosting Tonic Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 4 fresh oranges
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the tonic into a clean glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
  • Take 1/2 cup of this immune-boosting tonic twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening.
